Our 14-Day Return Policy

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification.

As mentioned earlier, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
