Orders received are processed and fulfilled by La Tana del Bianconiglio within 2 working days.

 

SHIPPING TIMES AND METHODS

ITALY
Shipping: Express service
Delivery times: from the day of pickup, delivery is made within 2–3 working days (Monday to Friday).

EUROPE
Shipping: Express service
Delivery times: from the day of pickup, delivery is made within 3–4 working days (Monday to Friday).

UK
Shipping: Express service
Delivery times: from the day of pickup, delivery is made within 3–4 working days (Monday to Friday), except for possible customs formalities.

AVAILABLE DELIVERY METHODS

ITALY, EUROPE, UK
Delivery can be made, upon the customer’s express indication at the time of order confirmation (checkout), to:
• The recipient’s home address (home delivery)
• A neighbour or another address within the EU (for example, in case of a gift shipment), specifying the exact address and the full name of the person who will receive the parcel. The exact shipping cost will be confirmed at checkout.
• An authorized collection point: Post Office Hold, Warehouse Hold, or Collection Point, confirming the exact address.

In case of failed delivery, the shipment will be held at the premises of Poste or third parties.
If no instructions are received within the timeframes indicated in the Product Sheet, Poste will store the shipments but will not assume any responsibility for their safekeeping.
In any case, once the storage period expires, the shipments will be returned to the sender.

ORDER TRACKING

When the goods are collected by Poste IT, La Tana del Bianconiglio will send the customer an email containing the tracking details and shipment status.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping rates include full shipping coverage* (insurance of goods in case of damage, tampering, theft, or loss). The cost of this coverage is shared equally between La Tana del Bianconiglio and the customer. The shipping costs listed below include VAT.

FULL COVERAGE*

In the event of damage, theft, or loss of goods, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the purchase price upon submission of documentation proving the damage (invoice, receipt, or equivalent document, and in case of damage, photos of the package and the damaged goods). It is understood that damage or tampering must be recorded in a report drawn up jointly by the recipient and the Poste representative at the time of delivery.

To ensure proper provision of the Full Coverage service, La Tana del Bianconiglio undertakes to always indicate on the shipping label the value and exact contents of the goods shipped.

RETURNS

Return shipping costs are borne by the recipient unless otherwise agreed between the parties.For return conditions, please refer to the Returns and Refunds section.
